In choosing finishes and building details, we paid great attention to the use of materials that are compatible with the surroundings and, at the same time, functional for the daily life in a three-roomed apartment in Living on the Gulf.
Details
Every detail is well-thought-out, from the comfortable and beautiful doorknobs to the Lualdi flush-with-the-wall and Scrigno sliding doors. Each apartment is equipped with a Daikin air conditioning system, to cool the rooms in the hottest days.
Frames
The high-quality, highly energy-efficient (Schuco) aluminum frames allow adjusting the brightness in each room. The external covering above the door to the balcony is in slate, a locally produced material from the Ligurian coast.
Walls
For the external walls we chose dry-stone walls, perfectly integrated with the surroundings. Local stones were used here as well.
Covering
Great attention has been given to the choice of materials for the coverings. For the bedroom floors we chose oak wood, which gives a natural and familiar touch, while for the living room and bathrooms we opted for Lea ceramic tiles. The slate has been widely used especially for the exterior. The large balconies are tiled with non-slip Lea floors
Details of the bathroom
The owners can furnish their apartment according to their own taste. The few details we chose to include – such as the Grohe taps and fittings and the bathroom design radiator – meet every taste, thanks to their elegance. Moreover, all the apartments are equipped with video intercom and can be provided with an alarm system.
